Project Send Silent Retreat - Wellness Festival Singapore 2024

In conjunction with Wellness Festival Singapore 2024, Project Send presents Silent Retreat!  Meditative music/soundtracks will be played on participants headphones, and these participants will be able to experience three (3) tracks:

 I. A warm up & intention-setting yoga class (30min)

 II. Bouldering with Intention (1h)

 III. A Yin and Stretch Yoga Class (1h)

Participants will also be able to enjoy tasty bakes, coffee, juices and meals at our Beta Cafe after their experience.
