This season features an incredible lineup: guest coachesĀ Hakeem Kasban,Ā Justin Lim, andĀ Dennis Chua, alongside a team of experienced climb coaches, plus Functional CoachĀ Jaysen Huang. Theyāre ready to bring the energy, knowledge, and that next-level inspiration to push your climbing to new heights.
Whether youāre just getting started, need a breakthrough, or simply want to climb with a stoked community, we've got you covered. WithĀ 4 tracksĀ to choose from and options forĀ single modules, thereās a spot for everyone. Letās get it! š
Beginner vs Inter
ALL modules are tailored by our coaches to cater to climbers ofĀ all levels, but theĀ Inter trackĀ is where the main guest coaches themselves step in to deliver that high-intensity coaching. Plus, the Inter track comes withĀ 3 offsite climbing sessionsĀ at different bouldering gyms across Singaporeāperfect for adding variety, new challenges, and a dose of adventure to your routine!
Lite vs Core
Weāve got two versions of our tracks to suit your goals and schedule.
Lite tracksĀ offerĀ 1 session per week, giving you 10 weeks of either Functional or Climbing training.Ā
Core tracksĀ dive deeper, giving you the full experience across both Functional and Climbing components, designed for those who are ready to commit and grow.
Climb vs Functional
TheĀ Climb trackĀ is all about getting hands-on with climbing itselfāhoning in onĀ specific techniquesĀ and cultivating the rightĀ climbing mindset. Routes will cater to various skill levels, and the coaches will guide you through movements designed to challenge you and help you grow. Depending on the module, you'll work onĀ movement drills, practice reading routes, and get tailored feedbackāthose littleĀ microadjustmentsĀ that make a huge difference.Ā
The Functional track focuses on providing a tailored functional routine specific to each coach's module. Think of it as the secret ingredient for enhanced performance. By combining strength training, mobility work, and climbing-specific conditioning, the off-the-wall drills will enforce the module's concepts, as well as add weights and additional layers of complexity to the movements to further develop and challenge the you. Itās the support system you need to climb confidently and push your limits.

Week 1-3: Body and Athleticism with Hakeem Kasban

Week 4-6: Harnessing Momentum with Justin Lim

Week 7-9: Climb Form Mastery with Dennis Chua

Week 1-10: Functional Training with Jaysen Huang
JaysenĀ has been transforming athletes for the pastĀ 8 yearsĀ through his expertise in functional fitness and sport-specific training. His current obsession? Climbing. Jaysenās dynamic coaching combines elements of resistance training, movement drills, and a host of off-the-wall applications. Whether itās building up strength for tougher moves, enhancing endurance, or optimizing your body's performance off the wall, Jaysen's energy and tailored programming will help you maximize your gains when it matters mostāon the wall.
Week 10: Final Assessment & Send Games
This is itāthe Send Games!Ā Coaches will be setting routes and functional challenges based on everything we've covered, and this is your chance to put your skills to the test. It's all about the thrill of pushing limits, with a bit of friendly competition mixed in. And of course, weāll celebrate afterwardāwith food, drinks, and the best community vibes you can ask for. š
Send Games are an optional add-on for climbers who only signed up for 1 module.
Sign-ups close October 9th. Donāt waitāspots are limited and Season 7 is going to be epic.

1. Who is this program for?
This program is for climbers of all levels! Whether you're a beginner just getting started, an intermediate climber looking to break through a plateau, or an experienced climber aiming to sharpen your skills with community support, weāve got a track that fits your needs.
2. What is the difference between Beginner and Inter tracks?
All modules are designed to accommodate climbers of various levels, but theĀ Inter track offerĀ a more in-depth coaching experience. The Inter track also includesĀ 3 offsite climbing sessionsĀ at different bouldering gyms across Singapore, giving you exposure to different styles and challenges.
3. Whatās the difference between Lite and Core tracks?
Lite tracksĀ includeĀ 1 session per week, focusing on either Functional or Climbing training. The Functional Lite track is designed to support your climbing journey with exercises that improve performance and safety.
Core tracks, on the other hand, are a complete experience, combining both Climbing and Functional components, ideal for those looking for a more holistic training regimen.
4. Who are the coaches for this season?
Our guest coaches areĀ Hakeem Kasban,Ā Justin Lim, andĀ Dennis Chua, all of whom bring a wealth of experience in climbing competitions, coaching, and routesetting.
Other than the 3 guest coaches, there will be other climb coaches who have been trained to teach their modules at every climb level.Ā
Jaysen Huang, our Functional Coach, will lead the Functional track, leveraging his expertise in athletic training to maximize your climbing potential.
5. What does Functional training include?
Functional training, led byĀ Jaysen Huang, includes strength training, movement drills, and sport-specific exercises designed to improve your climbing skills. The goal is to help you get stronger and make your time on the wall more efficient and effective.
6. Can I join only specific modules instead of the full 10-week program?
Yes! We offer the flexibility to join individual modules. This way, you can focus on specific areas of improvement that align with your goals.
7. What if I miss a session?
If you miss a session, no worries! Our coaches will provide a summary of what was covered, and you can make it up during the next session or through offsite practice. We strive to keep everyone on track!
8. How do the offsite climbing sessions work?
For climbers in theĀ Inter track, we includeĀ 3 offsite climbing sessionsĀ at different bouldering gyms in Singapore, 1 per module. These sessions are aimed at exposing you to different route styles and environments, helping you adapt and grow beyond your usual climbing space. The locations will be announced as the program progresses.
9. Do I need prior climbing experience to join?
No experience needed! Our Beginner track is perfect for those who are completely new to climbing. You'll be guided step-by-step, focusing on building strong foundations, learning safety, and most importantly, having fun!
10. What equipment do I need?
You'll needĀ climbing shoes,Ā chalk, and comfortable workout attire. If youāre in the Functional track, weāll also provide any additional equipment required for specific exercises. Rental shoes are available if you donāt have your own pair.
11. How do I sign up?
You can sign up via our website or app. Just make sure to sign up beforeĀ October 9thĀ as spots are limited! Once registered, we'll send you all the details you need to get started.
12. What is the Send Games in Week 10?
TheĀ Send GamesĀ is our final assessment and celebration! You'll put all the skills youāve developed to the test in a friendly competition with different routes and challenges set by our coaches. Itās the perfect chance to see how far youāve come and to celebrate with your climbing communityācomplete with food, fun, and good vibes!
13. Are there any age restrictions for joining?
Participants must be at leastĀ 16 years old. Younger climbers may join with parental consent or in designated youth programsācontact us for more information.
14. Is there a limit to how many people can join?
Yes, to ensure the quality of coaching and personalized feedback, each track has aĀ limited number of spots. We recommend signing up early to secure your place!
15. What if I have an injury or health condition?
We always recommend consulting your doctor before beginning any exercise program if you have a pre-existing condition or injury. Let us know in advance, and we can tailor your training to ensure your safety while still helping you progress.
16. How do I know which track to join?
Select the track that you think best fits your profile. Once you sign up, we will be reaching out with a questionnaire that will better place you in the right track. The coaches will also assess you in the 1st week to place you in the right track. Should you change track, price changes will apply.Ā
17. Is there a refund policy if I decide to withdraw?
Generally, before the program, refunds may be given due to unforeseen cirumstances such as injuries, minus any administrative fees. Once the program starts, no refunds will be provided, but you may be able to transfer your spot to another climber.
